We offer a 1 year warranty on the finish of our custom name pendants.  The warranty only covers the items that we make in house.  It does not cover the chains.  If the pedant or nameplate tarnishes within one year of purchase you may return it and we will re-polish and re-seal it.  Customer is responsible for the shipping back to us.  There is also a $7.00 fee to cover processing and handling.
