Returns Policy

Our buckles and jewelry are custom made and are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part, or there was damage to the item upon arrival. If there is damage upon receipt, we will either repair or replace the item but there are no cash refunds for custom products.  Damage claims must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item and returned within 10 days.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Here at Oliver Customs a lot of time and care is given to each Custom Belt Buckle. It typically takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete and ship a buckle.  During the holiday season, starting from late October thru Dec 25^th those times can increase to 7 weeks.

Delivery times are never guaranteed unless the expedited processing is paid for.  See information below:

We understand that some customers need their items sooner for that special event or occasion.

For those customers we offer three expedited processing upgrades:

15 day Upgrade is $30 and you can expect your item to ship in 15 days excluding Sundays.

6 day Upgrade is $60 and you can expect your item to ship in 6 days excluding Sundays.

2 day Upgrade is $100 and you can expect your item to ship in 2 days excluding Sundays.

These service fees will make your belt buckle our top priority. These are NOT the shipping times!! We always ship by priority mail, so be sure to add shipping times to the above processing times when planning your deadline.
